Flowers in Awaji

Flowers are usually the first thing I think of when the word "Spring" comes to mind. I went to Awaji Island for the day to look at the plethora of flowers at Akashi Kaikyo National Park which is known for its flowers, particularly the tulips that bloom during spring. To get there, I caught the train to JR Maiko Station and rode an express bus that took me to Awaji Yumebutai Bus Stop. From there, it was a couple of minutes of walking to the entrance. Just look for tour buses pulling up in front of the gates and you'll know you're in the right place. The weather was quite possibly one of the best days this year thus far-- sunny, blue skies with a nice breeze all day long ^^ Families, tour groups, couples and photographers all flocked to the park for a chance to see some spectacular flowers and views. I hope you're all ready for flower pictures galore! :)

Thank you so much for reading and I hope you all have a wonderful week!
